In the score each percussionist interprets a different skin color through specific sounds and characteristics. Music transforms the meaning of the poetic text into sound: from the superimposition of different instrumental parts, a musical ensemble emerges in "rhythmic harmony" that draws and involves the listener. Diversity and individual characteristics reveal their importance and power in music as well.
