Description

Kingston is the capital of Jamaica and so it is obvious that it is a piece in the musical style that is inextricably linked to Jamaica and that is reggae. This music style and variations on it (such as ska) have resulted in well-known hits and groups in the Netherlands, including Doe Maar, UB40 and The Police, but a current artist such as Shaggy also has his roots completely in reggae.
