Description
Jonathan Singer's Ida/Some of These Days Medley arrangement comes from the 1920's recording of Billy Gladstone playing with the Capitol Theatre Orchestra. This arrangement is for solo xylophone and five marimba player's accompanying. As is to be expected from this style, the xylophone soloist needs to be an advanced player with lightning quick hands and a steady pace on the xylophone. The five marimba accompaniment parts range from intermediate to advanced, making it great for college and high school groups!
