== Program Notes ==
This book encloses ten short solo pieces for [[marimba]], which vary between very easy to moderate. These songs are composed for young beginners starting to learn the four-mallet-technique. The similarity of this music is in the tonality, the easy understandable form and in relatively short time span these songs are written in. Also each song deal with one or two technical problems which are introduced systematically. The songs 1-5 are written for technical education whilst the piece 6-10 are very suitable for concert performances for students.
