Program Notes

It’s a great opportunity to introduce playing the timpani but if you’ve not got any lying around then two tom-toms will do the job just as well. Ideal for ‘Wider Opportunity’ primary music classes as well as with secondary school ages as a starter task. Its mostly Pre-Grade 1 standard and could work really well as a whole class activity.
