As a percussionist and percussionist, Marc Dufour was permanently associated with the musical department of the Royal Ballet of Flanders from 1993 to 2004. As a freelance percussionist, he worked from 1990 to 2010 with various Belgian orchestras, including the Philharmonic and the orchestra of the Opera Vlaanderen. Since 2010, Marc has worked full-time as a teacher, conductor/instructor, composer and arranger. He is a teacher at drum school Rhythm Impact from Berlicum. As a conductor/instructor, Marc directs several orchestras, including the Harmonie Juliana from Waalre and the Drum Band of the Royal Fanfare Kempenbloem from Achel.
