== Program Notes ==
This is the third movement of my Sonata No. 9, for solo vibraphone. The title was suggested by emeritus professor Herbert Sandmann, and is dedicated to his memory. The piece utilizes an Aeolian mode, a good learning exercise. Tempo can be moderate or fast, and I would guess that the work would sound well even slowly.
