These are four works scored for four percussionists playing on any monotone percussion instrument of their choice. The pieces are basically rhythmic reading exercises, each one progressively more difficult (beginning through intermediate level). They could be used as functional material to make learning reading skills more interesting by putting it in an ensemble context.<br />
