== Description ==
Drum band Concordia Meterik is always looking for new and different challenges. For example, in 2004 she collaborated with a wind band. Three self-written songs were successfully performed several times. This time there was a need to make music in a distinctive way, but different from 2004. The drum band's wish was to interweave various music genres, creating a bit of the Proms idea. Exuberance is alternated with subdued moments in a way where everyone listens attentively to the musicians who leave the beaten track. What makes Percussion Proms so special for the listener? First and foremost the mix of known and unknown melodies and also the simplicity versus technical highlights.
