	Denver Ridgway is a junior percussion performance major at Emporia State University. Denver began attending Emporia State University in 2011, studying percussion performance and composition under the direction of Dr. Tracy Freeze and Dr. Andrew Houchins. Denver has performed in the ESU percussion ensemble, Emporia State Wind Ensemble, and the Emporia Symphony Orchestra, and performed at KMEA, as well as the Kansas State Day of Percussion. He is also a self-taught bassist and has performed with ESU Hornet Review. Denver currently teaches at Emporia High School as a percussion instructor with the marching band front ensemble.
